Examination Policy

Our school follows a fair, transparent, and student-focused examination system designed to evaluate academic progress, understanding, and overall development.

1. Examination System

The school conducts periodic assessments and examinations throughout the academic session, including:

• Annual Examination
• Class Assessments and Assignments

2. Attendance Requirement

Students must maintain regular attendance to be eligible for examinations. Minimum attendance criteria, as prescribed by the school, must be fulfilled.

3. Examination Rules

• Students must arrive on time for examinations.
• Carry necessary stationery and required materials.
• Use of unfair means, cheating, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
• Mobile phones and unauthorized materials are not allowed inside the examination hall.

4. Assessment and Evaluation

Student performance is evaluated based on:

5. Result Declaration

Examination results will be declared according to the school schedule. Parents and students are encouraged to review performance and seek guidance from teachers when required.

7. Re-Examination / Improvement

The school may conduct re-examinations or improvement assessments as per school rules and management decisions.
